To maximise the collections for our clients. This is a field based role where the collector will visit the properties of Debtors where they will identify the person residing at the property, aim to collect payment and leave the appropriate paperwork relating to the case.

- Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent people skills are essential.
- Professional business manner and conduct.
- Ability to prioritise and time manage.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Target driven and an understanding of delivering against key KPIs and SLAs at an individual and team level.
