ClientWeb is a secure and confidential on-line area for clients, giving direct, round the clock access to all cases that they have passed to us.

The facility enables you to:

  • See a step-by-step progress history on each account
  • Add notes
  • Suspend action
  • Increase or decrease the debt amount
  • Log payments that you have received direct
  • Amend balances
  • Amend debtor addresses
  • View received correspondence
  • Run ad hoc reports according to your own criteria
  • View a full audit trail of all monies taken (cleared)
  • View any uncleared (pending) monies held in the client trust account

Access is via a unique user ID and password that we issue to you, and we can similarly issue to nominated members of your staff.

Each staff member is allocated their own unique user ID and password, with access and action limited as per your specification - such as view history only; view and update changes; and full administration privileges.

Changes and amendments happen in real time with no intervention required by us, ensuring you remain in complete control of your own accounts.
