Council Tax/NNDR
Acting in the best interests of our clients at all times, we take great care to balance our clients’ need to rapidly recover outstanding council tax and NNDR with their obligation to maintain good relationships with the local community.
Working to any time scales required, our fair but firm nationwide bailiff service achieves a very high response rate from debtors.
We collect payment from debtors through a wide range of convenient methods, and can set up staged payment arrangements where appropriate.
All bailiffs are certificated by us and undertake periodic training through our very own dedicated Training Academy to ensure they have up to date knowledge of current legislation and its powers.
Our bailiffs aim to obtain payment in full or remove goods to the value of the debt, however they are also instructed to take debtors’ circumstances into account. Where applicable, they will complete a customer pack with the debtor, including personal and financial circumstances. Based on their findings, they may accept a short-term payment arrangement.
