We were the first revenue recovery and enforcement company to adopt procedures for collecting benefit overpayments. We continue to offer a highly effective, value for money service, and work to ensure that monies are recovered as quickly as possible to enable their investment in essential services for the community.

To date we have received instructions from over fifty percent of local authorities in England and Wales.

Philips staff always endeavour to obtain full payment when making contact with a debtor. Arrangements over a short period may be agreed if the debtor’s personal or financial circumstances warrant it.

In all cases we try to obtain detailed information from the debtor regarding their income, expenditure, employment and benefit status. This information is readily available to our clients, and allows data to be collated and exchanged to help detect and prevent fraud as per NTAN and LTAF guidelines.
